Job Description
Guide Health is seeking a UI/UX Founding Employee to shape the user interface and experience of their healthcare delivery platform. This role involves leading the end-to-end design process, conducting user research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining a cohesive design system.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field, 7+ years of UI/UX design experience, proficiency in design tools, expertise in user research methodologies, and strong leadership skills.
