Job Description:

We’re seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract! This role entails developing and implementing the social media strategy to align with business objectives. Responsibilities include collaborating with marketing peers, defining social media plans, advocating for social media usage across the organization, providing input on campaign tactics, using data for optimization, and reporting impact to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Marketing experience in a B2B organization, preferably in the software industry.
• Proven experience in defining and executing social media strategies to engage multiple personas.
• Expertise in social media channels and hands-on execution.
• Proficiency in social media management tools like Sprout Social.
• Understanding of engaging different personas across the buying cycle and repurposing content effectively.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
• Ability to work on ambiguous projects and lead change independently.
• Previous budget management experience is advantageous.

Other Information:

The package includes a salary of £45k-£50k depending on experience, a comprehensive benefits package, and a 40-hour work week.
