We are seeking a Marketing & Social Media Content Creator to join our small independent beauty training academy in Chelmsford, Essex. This part-time role has the potential to become full-time for the right candidate. The role involves creating engaging content for various social media platforms, planning marketing strategies, executing email campaigns, and maintaining consistent branding.

Requirements

• Experience in social media marketing (at least 1 year)
• Comfortable with creating video content and going live on social media
• Proficient in tools like Canva, Lightroom, and Photoshop
• Ability to edit videos for social media platforms
• Excellent time management and computer skills
• Experience in email marketing
• Portfolio demonstrating photographic/video skills

Additional Information

This is a 14-hour part-time position with flexibility in working hours. The candidate must be able to meet weekly in Chelmsford. Occasional weekend work and travel may be required, with fuel costs covered. A driving license is desirable for attending remote training sessions.

The responsibilities include creating sponsored ads, managing social media accounts, developing and implementing marketing campaigns, analyzing social media metrics, responding to comments, and liaising with the team on trend analysis and promoting events within the business.
