Job Description

This full-time role (12-month FTC) is based within our multi-disciplinary internal Design Studio. The primary focus will be on creating and delivering assets for our international partners, implementing the new brand identity across various markets and platforms. Responsibilities include developing everything from POS materials to social media and digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effective relationship management of internal and external stakeholders
• Interpreting design briefs and delivering high-quality creative output within brand guidelines
• Presenting design concepts in meetings and managing feedback
• Performing additional ad hoc design duties as required

Location: Hybrid role (equipment supplied), 2 days a week based in the Nuneaton head office.

Requirements

We are seeking a talented designer with a passion for design, clever concepts, and great layout skills. Key requirements include:

• An impressive design portfolio
• Knowledge or experience in retail design (preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Understanding of design across various touchpoints
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and reliability
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team and solve problems creatively
• Experience working across channels and departments
