Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Designer for a fixed term contract of 6-9 months to create digital and print solutions for our marketing needs. The role involves overseeing design projects from concept to production, ensuring high-quality design deliverables on tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all design projects, ensuring they are completed within deadlines
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously for timely delivery
• Create visually appealing designs for digital platforms, print materials, and marketing collateral
• Review and provide feedback on other designers’ work for quality assurance
• Mentor junior designers and assist in their professional development
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing projects
• Stay updated on industry trends, design software, and emerging technologies

Requirements & Skills

• Proven experience as a Senior Designer or Graphic Designer
• Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout design
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to consistently deliver high-quality work
• Project management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to collaborate with a team and mentor junior designers
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

Additional Information

The role will primarily be remote work with occasional visits to the London office in Park Lane. The ideal candidate should have experience in executing marketing projects for both print and digital platforms.
