Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our phone lines. You will also be responsible for managing all social media platforms, creating compelling content, and analyzing performance metrics.

• Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals
• Manage all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Create engaging and shareable content such as posts, videos, and graphics
• Monitor social media trends and stay up-to-date with industry developments
• Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Analyze social media performance metrics using tools such as Hootsuite and Google Analytics
• Generate reports on key metrics and provide recommendations for improvement
• Stay informed about the latest social media best practices and technologies

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Must have accounts to show your work
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and trends
• Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to interact with influencers and stakeholders
• Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and web analytics

• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
• Pay: $59,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
• Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
