Job Description:

As a UI/UX Designer at Amber Creative, your role involves crafting exceptional user experiences through thoughtful design and intuitive user interfaces. You will collaborate closely with the product development team to translate user needs and business objectives into engaging digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications prioritizing user experience and usability.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design to continuously enhance products.
• Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and provide support during implementation.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides for consistency across digital products.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and incorporate feedback effectively.
