Job Description

We are looking for videographers for an upcoming showcase tournament in Utica, NY. Your role will involve providing quality filming of hockey games that are streamed LIVE on FloSports. The event runs from May 4 - May 6, 2023 at Hertz Arena - 11000 Everblades Parkway, Estero, FL 33928. Game times vary from starting as early as 7am to 9pm.

Your position on the team…

  • Set up and film games 60 minutes prior to game start time.
  • Work closely with the on-site engineer for high-quality broadcast.
  • Set up and break down equipment, including taping down cables for safety.
  • Keep equipment in good working order and troubleshoot issues if necessary.

Requirements

  • Experience playing hockey or knowledge of the sport (preferred).
  • Video and audio production knowledge (a plus).
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work early mornings and late nights.
  • Comfortable with standing for extended periods in cold arenas.
  • Available to work flexible shifts including weekends.

Other Information

The rate of pay is $220/day. Candidates must be able to work as a local in Estero, FL. Applications should include experience in filming sports and availability between May 4 and 6, 2023. Selected applicants will be contacted for an interview.
