Job Description

The Social Media & Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for creating and managing engaging content, developing social media strategies, and interacting with customers. They will also be required to sell products online and provide customer support skills.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of social media and marketing experience, possess strong organizational and time management skills, show creativity, and have a passion for the Beauty industry. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is preferred. Proficiency in video editing, graphic design, and e-commerce platforms is required. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Proven experience in managing social media platforms for business purposes - Proficiency in video editing software and graphic design tools - Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices - Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and strategies - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Basic photography skills - Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement social media strategies - Create and publish content daily - Manage social media accounts and interactions - Collaborate with content creators and designers - Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies - Analyze and report on social media metrics - Stay updated on social media tools and trends
