Job Description:
The Colgate University Music Department is seeking principal and section musicians, as well as substitutes for the Colgate University Orchestra. Performers will participate in concerts led by Professor Marietta Cheng, with responsibilities including up to four concerts a year.
Requirements:
- Professional orchestral experience required.
- Music school/conservatory training preferred.
Other Information:
- The position is part-time with a wage range of $18.00 - $21.00 per hour.
- Benefits include sick leave, paid time off, free parking, and access to university facilities.
- The role is not approved to work more than 999 hours per year.
- A video of a solo performance may be requested during the application review.
