Job Description
Moz Dispensary is seeking an experienced Experience Manager to join our recreational cannabis store in New York, NY. As an Experience Manager, you will be responsible for creating exceptional and engaging experiences for our members during their visits to the social club. Responsibilities include welcoming members, providing product knowledge, organizing events, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in the cannabis industry
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Basic knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and culture preferred
- Fluent English; additional languages a plus
- Previous experience in event management desirable
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Additional Information
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
