Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Musician to join our team. As a Musician, you will be responsible for performing live music in various settings, such as Church services, rehearsals and other events. If you have a passion for music and enjoy ministering to audiences with your talent, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Perform live music in accordance with the event or venue requirements
• Collaborate with other musicians and artists to create a cohesive performance
• Practice regularly to maintain and improve musical skills
• Potentially select appropriate musical pieces for each performance
• Engage with the audience and create an enjoyable experience for all attendees
• Set up and dismantle musical equipment as needed
• Attend rehearsals and meetings as required

Requirements:

• Proficient in playing one or more musical instruments
• Strong knowledge of music theory and composition
• Ability to read sheet music and learn new pieces quickly
• Excellent improvisation skills
• Experience performing in theater productions is highly desirable
• Strong stage presence and ability to connect with the audience
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Additional Information:

• All positions must be paid, including internship positions.
• Job Type: Part-time
• Pay: $35.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 3 – 10 per week
• Schedule: Weekends only
• Ability to Relocate: Covington, GA 30016: Relocate before starting work (Required)
• Work Location: In person
