Job Description

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with experience in frameworks like React, skilled in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. You will design and implement user interfaces that are visually appealing and functional for our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

• User Research: Conduct research, analyze data, and make informed design decisions.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Create visuals to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Visual Design: Align designs with brand guidelines, create mockups, and design specs.
• Interaction Design: Enhance user experience with intuitive and engaging interactions.
• Front-End Development: Implement designs using React and write clean, maintainable code.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Usability Testing: Gather feedback, iterate designs, and conduct usability tests.
• Design Systems: Maintain a design system for consistency across all platforms.
• Industry Trends: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to improve processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS; experience with React or similar frameworks.
• Nice to have: Knowledge of accessibility standards and Agile/Scrum development processes.
