Job Description

Our client, a leading homebuilder, is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join their team in Melbourne’s South East suburbs. This role involves hands-on work with campaign and brand rollouts, leading responsibilities, and making a significant impact on campaigns and brand presence. Responsibilities include handling work from concept to finish across print, digital, motion, and video. The ideal candidate should be an ideas-driven creative with exceptional communication skills, able to develop conceptual ideas from job briefs and incorporate modern design principles into their work.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role should have experience as a Senior Designer or a Mid-weight transitioning to Senior level. Key skills include proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design software, a deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and user-centered design. Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills are necessary for managing complex design projects effectively. This position requires a hybrid work model with four days onsite and one day remote. Candidates must be based in Melbourne and have appropriate working rights.
