Job Description

The Senior UX Designer will work with a cross-functional team to design an end-to-end customer experience for the digital community. The role involves understanding user needs, problem-solving, and creating user-friendly products. Responsibilities include utilizing design software, conducting user research, defining interaction models, and collaborating with designers and developers.

Requirements

The basic qualifications for this role include a Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience as a UX Designer. Other qualifications involve strong interpersonal skills, presentation abilities, collaboration with various stakeholders, and proficiency in design software like Figma. Desired skills include familiarity with agile methodologies, project management experience, and knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript/React. Candidates should showcase problem-solving skills, business acumen, and effective communication.

Special Requirements

The role may require occasional work outside normal business hours and travel. Desired skills include deep UI/UX design skills focused on the customer, experience in user-centered design principles, familiarity with Agile/SAFE environments, working knowledge of Figma, and a financial services background.

This is a contract position in Greenwood Village, CO, offering a pay range of $59.00 - $60.00 per hour. The candidate must have at least 9 years of experience as a UX designer, UI/UX experience, a strong portfolio, and prototyping skills. The work location is a hybrid remote setup in Greenwood Village, CO, with a requirement to relocate before starting the job.
