Job Description
Outdoor Afro is seeking a Part-time Social Media Manager to drive original storytelling video content on social media platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and possibly TikTok. The role involves working closely with the Communications Director to identify the target market, grow the follower base, and manage social media channels.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience, including 2 years in paid social advertising
- Proficiency in platforms like Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram
- Experience with campaign tracking tools, project management, and social media analytics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with nonprofit or outdoor industry experience preferred
- Ability to analyze metrics, create content, manage projects, and establish positive relationships
Other Information
- Compensation: $30 per hour; Non-Exempt; 20 hours per week
