Job Description:

This is a temporary role responsible for maintaining the development and quality of assigned styles across multiple brands by facilitating communication between the Designer, Merchandiser, and Supplier. Key responsibilities include overseeing the product development cycle, coordinating with cross-functional teams, sourcing raw materials, resolving issues, and ensuring on-time delivery.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in apparel product development.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of construction and textiles for women’s apparel and swimwear.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel; Adobe Illustrator knowledge preferred.
• Experience with PLM and Full Circle systems is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Position requires some in-office hours in Costa Mesa, CA.
