Job Description:
The UX/UI Developer will be responsible for deriving business processes, analyzing user needs, assisting in requirements definition, designing browser-based interfaces, conducting usability testing, collaborating with the development team, eliciting business goals and user needs, creating anatomy diagrams for new UI elements, supporting the creation and maintenance of design toolkits, facilitating customer discovery sessions, creating and refining screen prototypes, and documenting user requirements and design recommendations.
Requirements:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- 8 years of direct Interaction/Interface design experience
- Experience with HTML/CSS/Javascript development
- Experience with Axure RP prototyping software
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
- Experience in front-end development
- Experience preparing and presenting findings in group settings
- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience
- US Citizenship or Authorization to work in the US
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
