Job Description:
The Associate Producer will be responsible for assisting with the end-to-end production of original video, graphic, and audio content for the Reuters custom content studio in New York. Responsibilities include assisting in research and development, coordinating video shoots, directing crews, overseeing post-production, supporting third-party production partners, managing shoot logistics, and more.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in production or a related field, at least five years of experience in digital video production, familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, knowledge of digital video formats and codecs, experience in budget preparation, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment. Premiere editing experience, interest in news, and prior experience in custom content or broadcast news production are preferred.
Other Information:
The pay range for this position is expected to be 30-40/hr, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
