Job Description
As a Jr Developer specializing in Kubernetes, the role involves developing web application front end using Angular JS and back-end microservices with Java Spring Boot. Additionally, tasks include containerizing applications with Docker and running them on Kubernetes. Experience with Oracle database and writing Java programs that interact with Kafka (Confluent Kafka) is essential.
The role of a Full Stack Java Developer requires knowledge of Front End technologies like Angular and Javascript, as well as Back End technologies such as Java Spring Boot, Microservices, Kubernetes, Docker, Oracle, SQL, and Kafka (Confluent, Kafka Connectors).
Requirements
- 2 years of experience with Apache Kafka
- 2 years of experience with Spring Boot
- 2 years of experience with Kubernetes

Bachelor’s Degree

Other Information
This is a temporary position with the potential to be converted to a permanent role after 6 months of service. A Full Clearance for Public Trust is required, and experience with a federal client would be advantageous. Annual salary expectations will be discussed. No placement fee will be charged for the conversion to a permanent AFS/ASM W2 position.
