Music producing for videos and spotify

Music Producer is needed in Davao City, Philippines.

I’m looking to hire a music producer for a personal project. The hired person will be part of a team that will be creating music for videos. This long-term, part-time contract position will require the person to be located in Davao, Philippines for the entire duration of the project. The project entails music production for videos that will also be featured on Spotify. Even though this is a beginner-level position , the pay range is $15-$25. The person must be capable of starting from scratch as we will be building and creating music and videos from the ground up.
