As the Designer, you will support the Planning team by delivering high-quality designs and coordinating planning applications. Your responsibilities will include pre-development and development management, liaising with stakeholders, managing community engagement, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Requirements:
- Degree level qualification in a relevant field
- Previous experience in the housebuilding sector
- Ability to prepare and manage multiple planning applications
- Computer literate with knowledge of Autocad
