Job Description
We are a growing sports videography company seeking a part-time responsible candidate to add to our family. The locations for filming are within the Metro Detroit area. The games for fall sports are typically from Wednesday to Sunday, with Friday, Saturday, and Sunday being the busiest dates.
Requirements
Equipment:
- Camera that films in 1080p or higher
- 2 SD Cards
- Tri-pod
- Back up battery and charger
- Cell phone with GPS
- Reliable Transportation as you will be traveling to jobs
Skills:
- Ability to take direction and feedback positively for professional growth
- Familiarity with Google Drive, Dropbox (professional account required)
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions
- Experience with filming action sports preferred
- Ability to adapt to last-minute scheduling changes
Experience with video editing is preferred but not required.
Additional Information
- We are only looking for freelance independent contractors based in Michigan; applicants from outside the state will not be considered.
- Candidates who own their own company will not be hired.
- The ability to edit footage is preferred but not required.
