Job Description

RB Fitness is seeking a creative and driven Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fitness and wellness, a strong understanding of marketing strategies, and a track record of executing successful campaigns. This role will involve developing and implementing marketing initiatives to increase membership, promote services, and enhance brand presence in the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Manage social media presence and engage with followers
• Create high-quality content for various platforms
• Conduct market research and analyze data for campaign success
• Plan and promote special events and engage with the community

Requirements

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and SEO
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in design software and content management systems
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Highly organized with strong project management skills
• Prior experience in marketing preferred
• Ability to commute to New Rochelle, NY
