Job Description
The Mid-Senior UX Designer will work on various projects for a well-known World Heritage Site, particularly focusing on the development of an e-commerce platform called EVE programme. The role involves representing the user throughout the design and development process, conducting research to determine user needs, creating wireframes and designs, and collaborating with stakeholders. Responsibilities include user journey mapping, data analysis, user testing, conversion rate optimization, wireframing, and supporting digital design teams.
Requirements
Applicants must be based in the UK with the right to work there and be willing to work on-site 2 days a week. Skills required for this role include user journey mapping, data analysis, research, user testing, conversion rate optimization, wireframing, prototyping, stakeholder engagement, project management, and designing for complex customer journeys.
