Job Description

The UX/UI Designer will leverage expertise in UI and UX design, WCAG accessibility standards, information architecture, and human-centered design principles to craft intuitive and engaging data-driven multi-channel digital solutions. They will work closely with a team to create and refine multi-channel content, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and delivering user-centric solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma for various digital touchpoints.
• Create and maintain design systems in Figma and ZeroHeight for multi-channel digital solutions.
• Design high-fidelity prototypes for healthcare professionals and patients, understanding AEM component functionality.
• Design and maintain internal SharePoint sites and update email campaigns using Knak Email Builder.
• Present UI/UX creative solutions to cross-functional teams and engage in real-time design collaboration with leads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design or related discipline; 5+ years of UI/UX design experience.
• Skilled in Figma and Photoshop, with a strong foundation in UI/UX design principles and processes.
• Highly organized, efficient, with excellent time management skills and proactive in driving projects to completion.
• Ability to work on-site 3 days a week.

Requirements

• Work samples demonstrating UI/UX skills, website design, email campaign design, and design systems.
• Proficiency in designing accessible interfaces meeting WCAG standards.
• Demonstrate a growth mindset, receptive to feedback, and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with AEM websites, SharePoint, ZeroHeight, Knak Email Builder, and Email on Acid is a plus.
• Knowledge of scripting languages like CSS and HTML.
• Pharmaceutical experience is beneficial.
