We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our vibrant team. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and Grow a Digital Following: Develop and execute strategies to increase our online presence and engage with our audience across various platforms.
• Maintain Presence on Forums: Actively participate in Reddit and other popular forums to promote MOHJU, engage with potential clients, and stay updated with industry trends.
• Content Creation and Research: Research industry trends and develop high-quality, engaging content for our website, blog, social media, and email campaigns.
• Industry Networking: Build and nurture relationships with industry leaders, influencers, and potential partners to expand MOHJU’s reach and reputation.
• Community Engagement: Foster a sense of community among our followers by responding to comments, participating in discussions, and encouraging user-generated content.
• Analyze and Report: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Home residence in Fairfax County, VA
• Attention to detail and follows directions.
• Self-starter and able to manage time.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
• Experience building and maintaining a digital following on social media and forums.
• Excellent research, writing, and content creation skills.
• Ability to engage and build relationships with targeted audience.
• Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools.
• Creative thinking and critical problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Other Information:

• Job Type: Temporary
• Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 30 per week
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, No weekends
• Experience: Social media marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
• Work Location: Hybrid remote in Fairfax, VA 22031
