Job Description

Responsible for coordinating all activities for development and accuracy of new or revised engineering lab test procedures, work instructions, and other department-related documentation.

• Interface with the engineering lab and product development teams.
• Understand the development of safety messaging per ANSI Z535 Standards.
• Utilize specific systems for tracking and approvals.
• Plan and conduct photo shoots for documentation.
• Assist in creation and maintenance of manuals and procedures.
• Track priorities and project hours through project management software.
• Promote company leadership values across the organization.

Requirements

• College degree in English, Communications, or related field.
• 2-4 years of technical writing experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products; Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat skills a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Willingness to work with personal protective equipment.
• Enthusiasm to learn about Victaulic products.
