Job Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Manager at MLE. Responsibilities include social media marketing on Instagram, Tiktok, and Pinterest, lead generation, email marketing, affiliate marketing, web analytics, and performance reporting. The role is based in Saugerties, NY, with some remote work flexibility. The focus will be on growing the MLE Instagram and Tiktok accounts (@madebymle) and developing a social growth strategy.

Requirements

  • Previous proven experience growing Instagram & Tiktok accounts for a fashion or beauty brand
  • Ability to concept, create, edit & post on-brand content for Instagram & Tiktok
  • Experience managing ad campaigns on Meta & Tiktok
  • Familiarity with web analytics & performance reporting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience with email marketing
  • Graphic design skills & Klaviyo knowledge are a plus

Other Information

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $2,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week

Benefits: Employee discount, Flexible schedule

Schedule: Choose your own hours, Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed
