Job Description

Our boutique digital agency is currently seeking to expand our network of experienced Freelance Videographers & Photographers for both ad-hoc and regular in-house and client work. This role offers a competitive day-rate based on your portfolio, approach, skill-level, and relevant commercial experience. It is a remote/self-employed/freelance position with flexible availability, and a genuine passion for photography & videography is essential.

As part of this role, you will work independently and with our in-house team, including researching, conceptualising, and storyboarding projects, leading video production shoots, and managing post-production editing. The role may require travel to client sites, mainly within 30 miles of our office in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, but can occasionally involve locations across the UK.

Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence (required for travel to client sites)
• Track record of commercial work and a shareable portfolio
• Own camera equipment
• Own insurance
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Video Editing Software
• Experience with drones; drone licence is advantageous
• Experience managing the video production process from start to finish
• Ability to manage on-premise photo shoots for clients
• Leadership and project management skills
• Capability to multi-task across diverse client briefs and tight turnaround schedules
• Ability to take constructive feedback and strong attention to detail
• Flexible, can-do attitude with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Degree level education in Video Production or equivalent training
• Approachable, friendly, and positive attitude

Desirable Skills

• Experience working with WordPress CMS
• Additional creative or marketing talents
