Job Description

Our boutique digital agency is currently seeking to expand our network of experienced Freelance Videographers & Photographers for both ad-hoc and regular in-house and client work. This is a remote/self-employed/freelance position, offering a competitive day-rate that will depend on your portfolio, approach, skill-level, and relevant commercial experience. Flexible availability for ad-hoc work on shoots that may occur Monday to Friday or weekends is required. We welcome candidates with varying degrees of commercial experience, provided you have the raw talent, aptitude, and a portfolio of completed work!

Day-to-day tasks include working independently and with our in-house team, researching and conceptualizing projects based on client briefs, completing quick post-production editing, leading video production shoots, and producing content for a diverse range of B2B and B2C clients.

Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence (required for travel to client sites)
• Track record of commercial work and a portfolio
• Your own camera equipment
• Your own insurance
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Video Editing Software
• Experience with drones (drone licence advantageous)
• Experience in managing video production processes
• Leadership and project management skills
• Ability to multitask across diverse client briefs
• Great attention to detail and consistency
• Flexible, can-do attitude
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to the team and the role
• Degree level education in Video Production or equivalent
• Approachable, friendly, and positive attitude

Additionally, it would be advantageous if you have experience working with WordPress CMS or any extra creative or marketing talents.
