Job Description

T-Mobile is seeking a qualified Front-end Web Developer to join the T Studio Web team. The primary focus of this role is to create responsive and mobile-first user interfaces for applications and websites. The developer will translate company and customer needs into functional and appealing interactive applications, collaborating directly with designers and copywriters to turn visual designs into functional code. Responsibilities include maintaining ownership of assigned sections of the website, fostering relationships for quality and continuity, assisting in the deployment of web-based applications, and adhering to industry best practices in web development. This role involves strategic planning to meet business requirements in a fast-paced environment. It is a hybrid work position aimed at finding a candidate skilled in coding from scratch, with a strong emphasis on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, rather than reliance on plugins and scripts. A background in design and proficiency in Adobe Suite and Figma are additional advantages.

Requirements

Technology Requirements: - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop, Illustrator, and some production/motion tools).

Preferred Background/Prior Work Experience: - Experience working with creative teams or in fast-paced corporate environments.

Priority Soft Skills: - Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite for communication. - Understanding of data structure and ability to design for reuse. - Forward-thinking problem solver.

Additional Information

The work process is project-based rather than following standard sprint methodologies, requiring the ability to jump into projects quickly. Daily tasks may include project discussions, coding, bug fixing, and collaborating with team members in a fun and creative environment.
