Location: Augusta, GA

Contract: Temporary, Full-time

Job Description

A local real estate company in Evans, GA is looking for a Temporary Marketing Manager! This position will last for six weeks through October 2024. The role offers a pay rate starting at $24-25 an hour, with a Monday to Friday work week, and the opportunity to work with an amazing team.

Job Duties:

  • Assist Marketing Director in implementation of brand strategy, including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and community partnerships.
  • Develop print and digital marketing for new homes, resale listings, property management, and commercial real estate.
  • Work closely with Real Estate Professionals to meet company objectives by providing tools, collateral, and training.
  • Design/create flyers, social media assets, animated video editing, and minor retouching of photos.
  • Assist real estate professionals with their personal branding logos.
  • Create computer-generated graphics and/or animation.
  • Collaborate with team members to determine project requirements, technical details, and prepare artistic projects.
  • Assist Marketing Director in ensuring marketing objectives are implemented by Real Estate Professionals.

Requirements

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (or similar field) preferred
  • Creativity is a must
  • Ability to create original advertising/promotional materials with little direction
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
