Location: Remote (Ohio residents), occasional business travel

Are you a graphic designer excited to showcase your motion graphics skills? Join Morley’s award-winning Creative team in this remote Graphic Designer / Motion Graphic Designer role and elevate your career! Utilizing your strengths in graphic design and motion graphics, you’ll create effective, performance-driven visual solutions that resonate, motivate and grow our brand and the brands of our Fortune/Global 500 clients.

Responsibilities

Create compelling graphic design and motion graphics that captivate and engage audiences.

Collaborate with the Creative team to develop innovative designs for a range of digital platforms, including:

• Web and mobile apps
• Large-format graphics
• Interactive documents
• Proposals and presentations
• Multimedia pieces
• Traditional print and other creative/marketing materials

Package and prepare files for release to printers and maintain production files, including fonts, images, logos, and other artwork. Execute complex design and communication strategies and craft dynamic deliverables for print, digital, interactive, social, and live events. Stay current with design trends and effectively communicate design decisions to both internal and external partners.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• A positive, self-starter attitude with a desire to work in a fast-paced, low-ego environment
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud design apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)
• Motion graphic and video editing skills using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products
• Exceptional typography skills and demonstrated expertise in graphic design and motion graphics
• BA in graphic design or related degree (or equivalent industry expertise in lieu)
• Three years of experience in an agency or in-house creative environment
• An inspiring portfolio that demonstrates passion for design and stylistic breadth
• Able to travel occasionally for business
• Ohio resident with high-speed internet access at home
• 3D and animation design skills (nice to have)

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Eastern time, with flexibility to support after standard work hours or weekends if needed for high-priority projects.
