Join Morley’s award-winning Creative team in a remote Graphic Designer / Motion Graphic Designer role and elevate your career! Using your strength in graphic design and motion graphics, you will create effective, performance-driven visual solutions that resonate, motivate, and grow our brand and the brands of our Fortune / Global 500 clients. The position involves collaborating with the Creative team to develop innovative designs for diverse digital platforms, executing complex design strategies, and ensuring brand consistency while staying current with design trends.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• BA in graphic design or related degree / education (extensive industry expertise may be considered in lieu of degree).
• Three years of experience in an agency or in-house creative environment.
• Ohio resident.
• High-speed internet access at home that can connect via Ethernet or landline.
• Ability to travel occasionally for business.

Required Skills:

• Positive, self-starter attitude with a desire to work in a fast-paced, low-ego environment.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud design apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).
• Motion graphic and video editing skills using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products.
• Excellent visual communication skills.
• Expertise in graphic design and motion graphics, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Ability to adapt design styles and apply branded style guides consistently.
• Strong attention to detail and creative process workflows.
• Exceptional typography skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Wix Studio Editor X and Campaign Monitor or similar email builders.
• Experience with Asana or equivalent program management software.
• Presentation design experience using PowerPoint and Keynote.
• 3D and animation design skills.

Additional Information

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Eastern time, with flexibility to support after standard hours or weekends if needed.
