Job Description
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager to join our growing team! As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage with our target audience. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our digital marketing efforts and drive growth through social media platforms. Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
- Create engaging and compelling content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to stay up-to-date with best practices and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Frequently update listings in Google and Yelp.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Stay informed about emerging social media trends, tools, and platforms, recommending innovative strategies to achieve business goals.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (be ready to show past work!).
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Proficient in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Strong graphic design skills with experience using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Familiarity with social media marketing techniques and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to conduct web research and analyze data to inform strategy.
- Exceptional relationship management skills to effectively engage with followers, influencers, and industry professionals.
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
