am looking to constitute a team with 2 focuses:
focus 1 - immediate requirement for 10 days - objective is to respond to the upcoming RFP - i will need information on possible venues / cost input for services like translation, hostesses, local transport, food and beverage, hospitality dinners etc
Focus 2 - long term requirement from Feb thru October to deliver
12 seminars for about 200 pax
2 ceremonial events for about 800 pax
1 official state reception hosted on behalf of the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia for 800 pax
