Job Description

As a Freelance Content Creator, you will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing photo and video content for our clients’ social media channels and marketing campaigns. You will work on-location at client sites near Ascot (or within a reasonable travel distance), capturing compelling visuals that align with each client’s brand identity and campaign objectives. Your work will vary from product shoots and lifestyle imagery to behind-the-scenes content and short-form videos for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Plan and execute photo and video shoots in line with creative briefs and client requirements.
• On-Site Shoots: Travel to client locations to capture high-quality visual content, ensuring consistency with brand aesthetics.
• Editing: Edit and finalize content for social media platforms, ensuring it meets the agency’s standards for quality and engagement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the agency’s creative team to align content with campaign goals and social media strategies.
• Adherence to Deadlines: Deliver content within agreed-upon timelines, ensuring all client deliverables are on time and on brand.
• Creative Input: Provide creative direction and suggest new visual ideas that will enhance client campaigns and engagement.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience as a content creator with a strong portfolio showcasing social media content.
• Equipment: Must have your own equipment available and be proficient in photo and video editing.
• Creativity: Strong creative vision with the ability to produce visually appealing and engaging content for social platforms.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel to client sites near Ascot and surrounding areas.
• Social Media Knowledge: Familiarity with social media trends and platform-specific content requirements (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with the agency’s team and clients to ensure clarity in expectations and deliverables.
• Time Management: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
