Job Description

We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Digital Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging visual content across various platforms, including photo and video editing, social media management, and audience engagement. Key Responsibilities

Photo and Video Editing:

• Edit and enhance photos and videos for music releases, promotional materials, and social media content.
• Utilize software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar tools to produce high-quality visuals that reflect our Latin music.

Content Creation:

• Develop creative and engaging content ideas that celebrate Latin music culture and showcase our artists.
• Generate original content ideas for photos and videos based on current trends and audience preferences.
• Collaborate with artists and team members to conceptualize and produce music videos, behind-the-scenes content, and promotional visuals.

Social Media Management:

• Upload and schedule videos and posts across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Maintain an organized content calendar to ensure consistent posting.

Audience Engagement:

• Respond to comments and messages on social media channels, building a strong community of Latin music fans.
• Monitor fan interactions and engage in conversations to foster a loyal following.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Track and analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of content and campaigns.
• Provide regular reports on engagement, reach, and growth to inform future strategies.

Trend Monitoring:

• Stay updated on the latest trends in Latin music and digital content creation, adapting strategies to resonate with our audience.
• Research and implement best practices in social media marketing specific to the music industry.

Requirements

• Proven experience in photo and video editing, ideally within the music or entertainment industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and effective content strategies for engaging audiences.
• Excellent communication skills, with a passion for Latin music and culture.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Communicate in English and Spanish.

Job Details

Job Types: Part-time, Internship

Pay: From $1.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week

Schedule: 8 hour shift, Day shift
