What you’ll be doing:
- Content wizardry: Dream up and produce vibrant content for our social channels, focusing on video for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, to captivate and grow our community.
- Trend mastery: Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest social media trends and craft content strategies that connect with our young audience.
- Strategic collaboration: Work with our community and marketing teams to develop a comprehensive social media strategy and participate in creative sessions.
- Community interaction: Engage directly with our supporters and followers to answer questions, celebrate successes, and enhance our online influence.
- Impact analysis: Track and analyse the effectiveness of your social campaigns and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Requirements
About you:
- Social media savvy: A strong understanding of social media platforms and how to engage young audiences.
- Creative content creation: Skilled in producing and editing video content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or Filmora.
- Communication pro: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented: Exceptional attention to detail for quality and consistency across all content.
Extra awesome:
- Experience in marketing, communications, or similar fields, or a personal social media presence that showcases content creation skills.
- Comfortable and willing to speak on camera to connect with an audience naturally.
