Job Description

Fromuth Racquet Sports is the largest B2B wholesale distributor for tennis, pickleball, and all racquet sports. Serving over 20,000 pro shops, clubs, schools, and teams, Fromuth has a reputation for world-class customer service and same-day shipping. As Fromuth expands, we are looking to hire a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage email marketing and assist with web design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing revenue through designing and executing marketing campaigns. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze data across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage the email calendar as it relates to new product launches, sales events, seasonal campaigns and more.
• Serve as email best practices and platform company expert.
• Work closely with Purchasing, IT, and Customer Service teams to understand our customers’ needs and deliver best-in-class communication.
• Assist our IT team with website design and imagery.
• Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders.
• Find innovative ways to grow our customer base through segmentation and new channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proficient with email marketing software (i.e. Klayvio).
• Expert Adobe Creative Cloud skills (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Familiarity with using web-based design platforms (i.e. Canva).
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (i.e. BigCommerce).
• Knowledge of HTML (optional).
