Job Description

C2’s client, one of the largest credit unions in Illinois and a well-regarded financial institution, lives by the philosophy that while nobody needs a bank on every corner, everyone needs people who are in their corner! They seek a talented and experienced Videographer/Editor to help with a hybrid, one-time project. This quick-hitting, high-quality video (2-3 minutes) will live on the company’s YouTube page/corporate website and serve as a recruiting tool for one of the departments. The project will showcase the company’s innovative spirit, a day in the life of the department, and should be easy to absorb while maintaining a professional polish.

Start date: As soon as they find the right person

Duration: Candidates will provide an estimate that includes a one-day shoot plus editing

Location: Onsite in Lake Forest, IL

Compensation: Commensurate with skills and experience and provided estimate

Responsibilities

• Execute a one-day onsite video shoot at their Lake Forest, IL location
• Capture high-quality footage that reflects the brand and message
• Edit the video into a polished 2-3 minute final product optimized for client website and social media (YouTube & LinkedIn)
• Ensure all deliverables are completed efficiently and meet professional, high-quality production standards within the proposed/estimated budget

Requirements

• Demonstrable proficiency with and OWNERSHIP OF professional AV production equipment (camera, lighting, sound)
• Commutable distance from Lake Forest IL
• Proven experience in corporate video production and editing
• Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and deliver a polished final product
• Strong communication skills and professionalism in a corporate environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience producing branded content for financial institutions or similar industries
• Familiarity with video optimization for YouTube and websites
