Videographer to record lecture style presentation at our client's office in Naples, Italy

Videographer is needed in Naples, Italy.

Please note: All quotes should be in $USD and be a fixed price including all expenses including any travel costs.

We require a videographer based in Naples, Italy, to visit the offices of our course presenters to record video of them presenting a 60 minute online course from their computer.

You will need to record our Presenter in their office as they present the content of their PowerPoint lecture from their computer.
You will need to bring all the required video equipment included microphone and lighting, the presenter will have their own computer.
The presentation will be approximately 60 minutes, so we expect that a half day will be required to provide time for setup of the equipment, testing and then the recording.
We require the following video to be recorded:

1. Recording of the presenter “head shot” with good lighting and high quality audio doing the presentation.
2. Recording of the screen presentation (PowerPoint on either Windows or Mac output directly from the Presenter’s computer via HDMI or similar, or screen-capture software.
   Both recordings need to be edited to be in sync with each other so that we can upload them as two separate streams that run together on our video hosting site (Panopto).
   We only require the video files, we will do the upload and post-recording processing on our streaming platform.
   See the attached document that shows how the two videos will be used on our hosting site to understand the final product.
   This job will consist of 4 presentations (3 by one Presenter, 1 by another Presenter) each of approximately 60 minutes, so we expect that you may need to visit the presenter’s offices multiple times.
