Job Description

The role of the UX Designer (Contract) involves defining and shaping the user experience across digital platforms. Key responsibilities include conducting and synthesizing user research, enhancing digital experiences for patients and healthcare professionals, managing the maintenance lifecycle of the GPS Axis Healthcare Professional Portal, documenting bugs and providing feature enhancement recommendations, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Expertise in UX software such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Jira, and InVision.
• Experience working directly with developers.
• Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
• Self-motivated with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize, execute, and meet project deadlines.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and proven abilities to coordinate and work with 3rd party partners.
• BA/BS degree in Design, HCI, Healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of relevant UX design / digital strategy experience.
• Portfolio of UX design work.

Compensation

Pay Range: $50-$56/hr. This range is an estimate of the anticipated compensation for this position, and the actual pay rate will consider skills, competencies, experience, location, and relevant job-related factors.
