Job Description

Join AFH Wealth Management, one of the UK’s leading independent financial advisory and wealth management firms, as a Social Media Specialist on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will manage the social media activities across all brands within the AFH Financial Group to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive engagement.

Key responsibilities include executing the social media content strategy, collaborating with marketing specialists, creating and disseminating content, managing various media platforms (e.g., Facebook, X, LinkedIn), and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will measure campaign performance and advise management on future social media strategies.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Experience in financial services or a regulated environment.
• Proven knowledge of social media platforms and relevant management tools, including Facebook Business Manager and Hootsuite.
• Ability to plan and create both organic and paid social activities, particularly across Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Creativity in content creation to engage varied audiences while aligning with marketing objectives.
• Knowledge of social media analytics, with the ability to interpret online data, including experience with Google Analytics preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and initiative.
• Versatile and creative thinking skills.
