Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Content Designer with e-commerce expertise to join the TikTok Shop team, which aims to create a world-class e-commerce experience. This role focuses on shaping UX strategies and crafting content experiences for our UK, EU, and Japan markets. You will collaborate with stakeholders across various teams to create engaging experiences and promote content design within TikTok.

Responsibilities

• Execute content design and UX writing for TikTok Shop workstreams in the UK, EU, and Japan markets.
• Drive content execution for regional new market launches.
• Collaborate with design, product, research, and marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Align with global teams to drive a cohesive product narrative.
• Lead initiatives to improve processes and increase impact.
• Craft, proofread, and edit concise, conversational product UI content.
• Contribute to and evolve TikTok Shop’s regional content, voice, and style guidelines.
• Participate in design critiques to enhance content quality across TikTok Shop.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4+ years of content design experience with a portfolio showcasing user interface copy, microcopy, user education, direct or transactional emails, style guides, and product launch content.
• Experience creating content for global audiences and in cross-cultural environments.
• Strong cross-team collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to drive alignment with partners and stakeholders.
• Self-starter who can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in e-commerce and/or social media.
