Marcopolo Holidays - Social Media Content Creator

Content Creator is needed in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

This is a remote position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Regularly create engaging posts and reels for our Instagram and LinkedIn accounts to support our marketing and advertising strategies.
• Produce creative reels/artwork for our ongoing paid advertising campaigns.
• Actively participate in brainstorming to come up with creative content that truly stands out from the crowd.
• Collaborate with both the general social media team and the advertising team to ensure content aligns with overall marketing strategies and campaign goals.
• Update and manage travel itineraries on the company website, ensuring content is current and compelling.
• Analyze engagement data and adjust content accordingly to maximize reach and impact.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends in the travel & tourism industry (global visas, cruises, escorted group tours, etc.) and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Stay up to date on consumer behaviour and attitudes in the UAE as it affects the purchase of travel services, and more broadly the purchase of high-value services within the company’s target demographic.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media content creation, particularly with Instagram Reels and carousels.
• Strong graphic design and video editing skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Experience with content management systems and website content updating.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely.
