Job Description

Dragon Candy is seeking a Digital Marketing Freelancer to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to our marketing team in areas of content creation, planning, execution, and analytics. This position will be responsible for multiple aspects of a client’s social media presence including creating content, overseeing analytics, and assisting in engaging with their audience. The candidate should have the ability to build relationships with customers and help them find the best solutions for their needs. We are also in the market for freelance Web designers/developers, photographers, videographers, graphic designers, and SEO specialists.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute all social media initiatives.
• Develop a strategy for each campaign and implement it on time.
• Research and analyze current trends in social media to create appealing content.
• Monitor followers’ activity on various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
• Post regularly on various social media platforms.
• Build up brand awareness through various digital channels such as webinars.
• Respond to comments and messages from followers on digital channels like blogs.
• Engage with different types of customers, such as influencers and bloggers.
• Analyze customer reviews on online review platforms.
• Ensure brand is mentioned in customer notes or reviews upon purchase.
• Build a loyal customer base through various marketing channels.
• Keep abreast of new technologies in social media and apply them to the business.

Requirements

• Proven working experience as a Social Media Content Creator, Web Designer/Developer, or Photographer/Videographer (2-3 years).
• Hands-on experience with various digital channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook) and software (e.g., Wordpress).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Web Design/Development Experience of at least 2 years or 2+ years as a Photographer/Videographer.

Job Highlights

Pay: $20.00 - $150.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
