Are you a Junior UX/UI Designer looking to work with a footwear company, a health and wellbeing company, and an evolving bunch of activists? We are searching for brilliant individuals with exceptional skills and talent to help bring innovative digital concepts and designs to life. The ideal candidate will have experience in cutting-edge projects and will play a crucial role in implementing fresh ideas across digital channels.

Your responsibilities will include leading the design process for innovation-focused projects, developing experimental design concepts and prototypes, working closely with product and marketing teams, brainstorming digital campaign ideas, creating mood boards and visual assets, and developing wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

Requirements

To apply, you need:

• 3-5 years in digital design, preferably within an e-commerce, innovation lab, or creative agency environment.
• A strong interest in leveraging AI technologies to enhance customer experiences.
• A proven portfolio showcasing innovative digital projects including web, social media, and email campaigns (please attach with your application).
• Demonstrated experience in creative concept development for forward-thinking, experimental projects.
• Advanced skills in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and/or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles, responsive design, and prototyping.
• Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to accept feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
