Help me produce a song my friend recorded on his phone

I am looking for a music producer to help me create a polished version of a parody song my friend recorded on his phone. I have a video of his performance along with the original instrumental track. The project involves extracting or re-recording his vocals, tuning, mixing, and mastering them, and synchronizing them with the instrumental. Additionally, I would appreciate some light sound design to enhance the humor of the parody.

The goal is to produce a finished audio file that sounds professional and maintains the original comedic essence. If possible, I would also be interested in creating a music video to accompany the final audio. This is a personal project, and I am ready to make a paid hire for just a few hours of work.
